Join GPA Indy under the big tent for the 19th annual Pet Carnival featuring 40+ animal related vendors and rescues!  The event is free, but donations to non profit animal rescues are gratefully accepted.   The event features best dressed and pie eating contests, Splash Zone,  entertainment from Runamok Disc Dogs and new for this year:  the Dachshund 500!
